YOUR PRIVACY.

When you contact us

We collect the name, contact details, service interests, project description and optional budget you submit. We use them to respond to your request, discuss a project and maintain the record of our conversation. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive data in your brief.

Storage and access

Project enquiries are stored on the server hosting this website and are accessible through an authenticated administration area. We retain enquiries while they are needed to handle the request and any resulting work. You can ask us to delete an enquiry or correct your details via Telegram.

Payments

Payment checkout is provided by Droppfans and is loaded when you request a payment. Your card details are collected by the payment provider inside its hosted checkout, not by our contact form or server. Payment providers apply their own privacy terms. We may retain a payment reference, amount and verified payment status to manage your order.

Cookies and technical information

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting access logs may include your IP address, browser information, request path and time for security and operation. The third-party payment checkout may use its own cookies and browser storage when opened. A link to Telegram opens an external service.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, or withdraw permission to be contacted, by messaging @wzavozikwww on Telegram. Include your enquiry reference if you have one. Deletion may be limited where information is still needed for an active project or payment record.
